On 12/29/09 it snowed in Beaverton, OR and my friends and I went to Tualatin park to get some nice clicks. Some of them are here:
High contrast settings in snow give stark colours.
Again photos are average so camera settings are not described here!

Mount St. Helens Trip
It was foggy...with limited knowledge of photography and camera...this was the best I could do...
Except the angle..this photo is not great...so I am not specifying its details...
I modified this photo (cropped off the lower half)..using a friend's suggestion...and I feel now it's much better...

Start with a bang
I'd reply nothing when anyone used to ask me "What's you hobby?". Frankly, I had none until I was bitten by this photography bug.
I got for myself Canon Rebel XSI with a default 18-55mm (1/3.5 - 5.6) lens EF-S IS lens followed by canon 55-250mm EF-S IS(1/4 - 5.6) with some filters - Polarizer, UV and fluorescence.
I'll post a lot of images, most of which will be in public domain under GNU Free documentation license.
Enjoy the images!
